Donnybrook's Dudley Street Station
Article on Eventing Nation featuring JMP and Skip: USET Reunion at Tamarack
Donnybrook's Dudley Street Station, aka "Skip," is a 17.1h, 2006 Irish Sport Horse gelding bred by Donnybrook Farm in Woodbury, Connecticut. Skip's sire, Ellis Island, is by Happy Ending (RID), out of Marsh Point (TB). His damn, Donnybrook's Irish Lullaby, is by Touch of the Blues (RID), out of Due Next Week (TB). With the first generations of Donnybrook horses just now beginning their competitive careers, Skip's siblings have produced solid results at competitions throughout the east coast.
With lovely movement and an incredibly playful personality, Skippy is a veritable "golden retriever puppy" on the ground and under saddle. His athletic, forward-thinking movement and agreeable, adjustable attitude have allowed him to develop into quite the talented youngster.
Skip is completely sound, with clean legs and solid conformation. He will be suitable for a variety of disciplines, including low-level eventing, dressage, and jumpers. Skip has been started and trained solely by J. Michael Plumb, with whom he will continue to work and compete until sold. Skip may be tried at JMP Farm in Southern Pines, NC. Please inquire for price.
