"Zizi" is a black, 14.3h 2005 Akhal-Teke/Thoroughbred mare owned by Jane Rusconi of British Columbia. Zizi is by Super Star out of Bett's Jet. Zizi is a beautifully athletic mare with an independent, wise personality, floating gaits, and a lovely, powerful jump.
Although Zizi was bred to be an endurance horse, she was started by working cows in California. She frequently exhibits this behavior by attempting to first sort the barn cat, Shiloh, and now concentrates on Rascal, the baby pig. Zizi will be competing in local shows, combined tests, and endurance rides over the summer, and will soon begin her eventing career.
Left and above: Zizi and her owner, Jane Rusconi, participated in the Lucinda Green clinic at Ledyard, 6/2011. This highly successful outing was their first ride together in almost three years!

He also has the key breed characteristics for great intelligence, kindness, and trainability.

Bett's Jet
